So I found my old sketchbook. I decided to look for my sketchbook after a rude awakening that I supposedly had hw over winter break. Now, technically, I am not enrolled in any class over winter break, but apparently, I did not get the memo that car sketches are due the first day of trans 1. However, thanks to my friend Joe, who saved me by calling me, I have 3days to complete some sketches before class. Thanks Joe. Man, I am rusty... I feel I don't remember how to draw cubes...
So, being that I have not picked up a pencil over break, I am scrambling for some motivational references on how to draw cars. I happened to stumble upon these old doodles done in my sketchbook. I will try to upload the trans 1 sketches once I get some done.

ReplyDeletefor your winter break assignment sketches, you should just sketch like how you did for your teapot. That style was exactly what I learned in my viscom class! look over those and copy the accent lines, pencil strokes, just add a bit more contrast since you can't use marker, and you should be fine. you did each of those in like 10 minutes? if i remember... draw a bit smaller, you get more done! good luck, let us know how your trans 1 class is... very interested.
